Sorry these aren't turned around - but I'm on such a slow connection that it would take ages to fix them! This was Janu's first school trip - playgroup hired a bus to take Adrian and Janu and other kids to the Plymouth aquarium. Exciting. Good to have captured at least one pic of Janu with his hands down his pants, their frequent resting place.

foxhole playgroup

The wonderful Foxhole playgroup, now closed after 44 years of love, playdough and sand! Janu loved it here, and Adrian or I would accompany him to his 'big boy' playgroup mornings, where mums and dads were meant to leave thier kids, but often didn't! The mornings we went there were so many parents lingering around that it was really just another parent and toddler day.. very gentle and fun. The gorgeous Gene in the red shirt, and Anton with his helmet still on (janu now does this, and can be wearing his helmet for hours on end, with no scooter or bike in sight!)

100 years of wrestling

 there is a great video to go on here, but connections are too slow...one day. this is one of janu's fave games, and can go on for 100 years.

sewing

janu learns to sew - a bit of tape wrapped round string turns into a needle and he merrily goes from one hole punch to the next.

chalk

penny and floss come round for some chalk fun - I remember thunder was rumbling in the background as they drew.
