having a euc in the backyard can be good, reminding me of home! Our friend mike luckily likes his chainsaw enough to come and play up there. Our roof was also rotten; builders found 15 dodgy beams up there. Janu now says 'now we're ready when it rains!' we got a good view from the scaffolding.
